The SkinsVault take
Hellcase is the most widely ranked CS2 case site in this category. Read on 10 October 2026: its terms of use name two contracting companies, Yomoly LTD in Paphos, Cyprus for players in the EU and Molteon Pte. Limited in Singapore for everyone else, under the laws of Singapore. Neither the terms nor the footer name a gambling licence or regulator. The homepage states a provably fair system, which we have not checked. The site balance cannot be cashed out as money; what leaves Hellcase is a Steam item. It is listed because a directory that omits the brand ten of its competitors rank is not a directory, and it is unrated because we have not tested it.
Hellcase Review 2026
Hellcase is a CS2 case-opening site, and one of the oldest: its footer copyright runs from 2016. You top up a site balance, spend it on cases, battles and upgrades, and send anything you keep to your Steam account as a trade offer. The site also has Dota 2 and Rust sections.
SkinsVault has no deal with Hellcase. There is no code, we earn nothing if you sign up, and every link to Hellcase on this page is a plain one. Everything below was read on hellcase.com, its terms of use and its FAQ on 10 October 2026. We have not deposited, opened a case or withdrawn anything there, so none of it is a test result.
Who runs it
The terms say the company you contract with depends on where you live, and they give both company numbers, which is more than most of this category publishes.
- Players in the EU.
Yomoly LTD, company number HE456445, Charalampou Mouskou 20, ABC CENTER, office 406, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus. The footer labels it EU customer support.
- Everyone else.
Molteon Pte. Limited, company number 202403097D, 13 Keppel Bay Drive, #01-25, Corals at Keppel Bay, Singapore.
- Governing law.
Singapore. A dispute starts as a written claim to Hellcase, and either side may go to court if it is not settled within 30 days.
- Mirror domain.
The terms name hellcs2.com as an official mirror run by the same company under the same terms.
Company numbers are corporate registrations, not gambling licences. We have not looked either one up in a registry.
What Hellcase offers
- Cases.
The homepage claims nearly 300 CS2 cases. Each case lists its possible items and the chance of each one before you buy, and the terms say the same.
- Case battles.
Two to four players open the same cases and the highest total value takes every item, according to the FAQ.
- Upgrades and contracts.
Both appear as live counters on the homepage. We did not read separate rules for either.
- Farm cases and multicases.
Farm cases are bought 25 to 150 at a time and sell the cheap results automatically; a multicase lets you pick which cells to open.
- Daily free bonus.
One per user, paid as an item, balance or War Tags. The terms let Hellcase limit or cancel it, and erase what it paid after 365 days of inactivity.
- Premium.
A monthly subscription that renews automatically. The terms say its fees are not refundable.
Money in, money out
This is the section to read before depositing, because the rules are not the ones most players expect.
- Deposits.
The homepage says the options depend on where you live. The FAQ adds that Steam wallet funds cannot be used.
- Balance.
The terms state it has no real value and cannot be withdrawn, paid out or exchanged for money.
- Withdrawals.
Items only. You press Send on an item in your profile and accept the Steam trade offer, per the FAQ.
- Minimum top-up.
You must add at least 2 to your balance before withdrawing items. The terms cap that minimum at the equivalent of 2 US dollars.
- The 30 day rule.
An item you do not withdraw within 30 days is converted back to balance.
- Trade reversals.
Once an item has left Hellcase, the terms say a Steam reversal or rollback is your loss, with no refund or re-delivery.
- Inactive accounts.
After a year without a purchase, the terms allow a 10 US dollar monthly maintenance charge against your balance.
Steam's own rules still apply on the way out. The FAQ asks you to check that your account can trade, has no trade ban, and that at least 7 days have passed since a password change.
Provably fair, and what it does not cover
The homepage states that Hellcase uses a provably fair system and shows the odds for each skin in a case. We have not checked any result against a seed, so we report that as Hellcase's claim, not something we confirmed.
Two things are worth keeping apart. Published odds tell you the chance of each item. Provably fair, where it works, shows a single result was not changed after the fact. Neither tells you what a case returns on average against its price, and Hellcase does not publish that figure.
Licence, KYC and age rules
- Licence.
None named. The terms and the footer list no gambling licence, regulator or licence number.
- Identity checks.
The terms list name, address, date of birth, billing address and, where required, a national ID as information users must provide, and allow more documents to be requested.
- Payment cards.
Topping up with several bank cards can get access temporarily restricted under the AML and KYC rules.
- Countries.
Sanctioned countries are excluded, and Hellcase reserves the right to block any country. The terms publish no fixed list.
- Age.
Users must have full legal capacity, usually 18. The terms also allow players from 14 on an account a parent or guardian sets up and supervises.
What we have not verified
- Payout speed.
We have never withdrawn from Hellcase and publish no timing.
- Return on cases.
We have not measured what any case pays back, and Hellcase does not publish it.
- The provably fair system.
Stated on the homepage, not checked by us.
- Payment methods.
The list sits behind the cashier, which needs an account.
- Player limits.
The terms describe no deposit limit or self-exclusion tool. One may exist in account settings, which we did not see.
- Homepage figures.
The case count and the Trustpilot share quoted on the homepage are Hellcase's own claims.
Who Hellcase is right for
Players who want CS2 case opening as entertainment, plan to keep or trade the skins they win, and are fine dealing with a company under Singapore law. It is a poor fit if you expect to cash out a balance, want a licensed operator, or need a deposit limit set by the site.
SkinsVault Verdict
Not rated. Hellcase publishes more about itself than most case sites: two named companies with company numbers, governing law, odds on every case and readable terms. The same terms are clear that the balance is not money, that unwithdrawn items turn back into credit after 30 days, and that no gambling licence stands behind any of it. Read those three rules first. We have no deal here and earn nothing, so none of this is pushing you either way.
Why we don't push this site
SkinsVault makes money from affiliate commissions on the 12 partner sites we link to with the SKINSVAULT code. We don't have a deal with Hellcase, so signing up there earns us nothing, and we have no incentive to push you toward it. We list Hellcase because it's a real platform that's worth knowing about, not because we want your signup. If you want our full conversion treatment with bonus codes and ranked partners, see our ranked list.
Hellcase FAQ
Researched against Hellcase's own published terms.
No. We hold no referral deal with Hellcase, earn nothing if you sign up, and publish no code for it. Any site offering a SkinsVault code for Hellcase is not us.
It depends where you live. Hellcase's terms of use, read on 10 October 2026, say players in the EU contract with Yomoly LTD, company number HE456445, at ABC CENTER, office 406, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus, and everyone else with Molteon Pte. Limited, company number 202403097D, at Corals at Keppel Bay, Singapore. The terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. We have not checked either number against a company registry.
Not that we could find. We read Hellcase's terms of use and its site footer on 10 October 2026 and neither names a gambling licence, a regulator or a licence number. The only "licensing" section in the terms is the software licence you are granted to use the website.
Because we have not tested it. Our ratings come from reading a site's terms, bonus rules, stated house edge and licence, and Hellcase is not in our published rankings. Printing a number next to a site we have not touched is the thing this directory exists not to do.
No. The terms state that the balance has no real value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money, and can only be spent on the site's services. What leaves Hellcase is an item, sent to your Steam account as a trade offer. Turning that skin into money happens somewhere else, on a marketplace, under that marketplace's rules and fees.
Both the FAQ and the terms say an item left on your Hellcase profile for 30 days is converted back into balance at its listed value. Since balance cannot be cashed out, an item you forget about stops being a skin and becomes site credit.
Yes. The FAQ says you must add at least 2 to your balance before withdrawing items, and the terms cap that minimum top-up at the equivalent of 2 US dollars per transaction. A free daily item cannot be sent to Steam until you have paid in at least that much.
Its terms allow it. An account that has not bought anything for one calendar year can be charged a maintenance fee of 10 US dollars per month from its balance, and an inactive account with no balance can be closed. Items already obtained can still be redeemed on Steam, according to the same clause.
