    LIS-SKINS Review

    3.9/5
    · Marketplace· International, since 2019

Speed-first marketplace, instant USDT cashouts at deeper discount rates.

    The SkinsVault take

LIS-SKINS optimises for one thing: speed of cashout. You list, they buy you out near-instantly via USDT, but the spreads are wider than Skinport or BitSkins. Useful when you need cash fast and don't have time to wait for a P2P buyer.

    LIS-SKINS Review 2026

LIS-SKINS is not a listing marketplace in the way Skinport or CSFloat are. You select skins, the site quotes a payout, and if you accept it buys them from you. There is no waiting for another user. That model has one obvious advantage and one obvious cost, and LIS-SKINS is refreshingly direct about both. What it does not publish anywhere is a number for the cost.

SkinsVault may earn a commission if you register through a link on this page. LIS-SKINS is not in our timed withdrawal tracker, so nothing here is a payout speed we measured. Everything below was read on LIS-SKINS' own site on 6 August 2026. One note on access: the site served a Cloudflare interstitial before loading and later returned a rate-limit error after a handful of page views, so we deliberately kept our requests to a minimum and did not read every FAQ entry.

    Who Runs It

The terms of use, version 3.0, last updated 26 June 2026, name the operator as IN-GAME SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD., a Singapore private limited company, registration number 202435257H, at 135 Middle Road, #02-27, Bylands Building, Singapore 188975. The agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and the site footer repeats the operator name.

On licensing, LIS-SKINS says the quiet part out loud. Clause 1.9 states the platform does not provide online gambling, does not perform currency exchange or crypto-to-fiat conversion, "is not a financial institution, and does not engage in activities requiring a license". That is a clear position rather than a licence claim dressed up as one, and we would rather have it than a Curaçao seal that means nothing.

Two clauses temper that. Clause 1.16 lets the company amend the agreement unilaterally, without notice, effective on publication, with users responsible for monitoring changes. Clause 1.8 reserves the right to refuse services and refunds at its sole discretion. Verification runs under Singapore's Corruption, Drug Trafficking and other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act and FATF standards, and withdrawals go only to payment methods registered in your own name.

One inconsistency we could not reconcile. Clause 1.2 says the services are for users aged 18 or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. The instant payout FAQ says KYC verification is "available from age 16". Separately, clause 6.6 states "the maximum age for completing KYC procedures is 45 years", which we have not seen on any comparable platform and cannot explain.

    What LIS-SKINS Offers

    • Instant buyout selling for CS2, CS:GO, Dota 2 and Rust. You pick items, the site shows the final payout figure, you confirm.
    • A buy side, including CS2 cases and Rust skins, purchasable with a card.
    • Multi-item selling, with a dedicated guide for clearing an entire Steam inventory in one go.
    • An API and a referral programme.

The homepage advertises 80,487,039 skins sold, a 4.91 average rating from 22,338 reviews, and nine years on the market, with a footer copyright running from 2017. Those are LIS-SKINS' own counters and we did not audit them.

    Money In, Money Out

The payout FAQ lists bank cards, SBP in Russia, and crypto in USDT (BNB Smart Chain, ERC-20, TON and TRC-20), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Binance Coin, Solana and USDC. The checkout selector on the homepage additionally shows Bank Transfer, PayPal and SEPA, which the FAQ answer does not mention, and availability is stated to depend on your selected country. We could not resolve that gap without an account.

Speed is the pitch. The FAQ says most payouts are processed within 1 to 3 minutes, and the homepage claims an average time to receipt of 5 minutes. Both are operator claims, not our measurements.

Here is the part that matters more than the speed claim, because it is the default and the speed is the exception. All CS skins are subject to Steam's 7-day Trade Protection, and LIS-SKINS states that funds from sales can normally only be withdrawn after 7 days. Instant payout is a conditional feature on top, and the conditions are specific:

    • KYC verification completed.
    • At least $50 of skins already sold on the site before instant payout unlocks at all.
    • The deal must sit inside your instant payout limit, which LIS-SKINS sets at 10% of the total value of all your sales on the platform.
    • A hard ceiling of $250 per instant payout.

Taking the money as LIS-SKINS balance instead of cash does not consume that limit. So a new seller with a $400 knife is not getting instant cash, they are waiting a week. Reversing a trade is punished on the seller side too: the FAQ says reversing a sale that was under a 7-day payout hold cancels the trade with no payout issued, while reversing a purchase returns the funds to your internal balance in full.

    Fees and Pricing

There is no published percentage anywhere on this site, and that is the central criticism of it. Clause 7.1 of the terms says transaction fees depend on the chosen deposit or withdrawal method and the payment operator's terms, that the fee and total will be shown before you confirm, and that there are no hidden fees on the platform. The FAQ entry on fees says the same thing in the same words. Neither states a number.

To be fair to LIS-SKINS, on a buyout model a headline seller commission would be slightly misleading anyway. The real cost is the spread between the quote and what the skin is worth on Steam, and the site does not pretend otherwise: its own FAQ explains that prices are lower than Steam because "you're paying for cash liquidity". That is an honest description of a pawnshop.

It still leaves you unable to compare LIS-SKINS to anything before you sign in. Skinport publishes 8%, CSFloat publishes 2% plus a withdrawal ladder, SkinBaron publishes 15%. LIS-SKINS publishes a promise that the number will be visible at the point of sale. That promise is genuinely worth something, because you see the final figure before confirming, but it only works if you check the quote against Steam prices yourself every single time.

    What We Have Not Verified

    • Any fee or spread figure. None is published. We did not create an account or run a quote.
    • Payout speed. Not in our withdrawal tracker. The 1 to 3 minute and 5 minute figures are LIS-SKINS' own.
    • Whether PayPal, SEPA and bank transfer are payout routes or deposit-only. The homepage and the payout FAQ do not agree.
    • The age rules. The terms say 18, the instant payout FAQ says KYC from 16, and the terms also cap KYC at age 45.
    • The homepage statistics and the review score, both operator-supplied.
    • Founding year. The footer copyright starts at 2017 and the site claims nine years on the market, which is not the same as an incorporation date.
    • Parts of the FAQ. The site rate-limited us, and we stopped rather than push through it.

    Who LIS-SKINS Is Right For

People who want out fast and know what their skins are worth. If you have already sold enough on the platform to have a real instant payout limit, and you are checking the quote against Steam before confirming, this is a legitimately fast exit with a named Singapore company behind it. It is a poor first stop, because a new seller gets neither the instant payout nor a fee they can compare in advance, which is exactly the position where a wide spread costs you the most.

    SkinsVault Verdict

Rating: 3.9 / 5. Better documented than we expected and worse priced than it looks. Credit where due: a real Singapore registration number, an explicit statement that it holds no licence and needs none, and a published instant payout formula most competitors would have left vague. Against it: no fee percentage anywhere, a 7-day default hold that the marketing does not lead with, a $250 instant ceiling, terms the company can rewrite without telling you, and three different ages across two of its own pages. Use it when speed genuinely outweighs price, and always read the quote before you confirm.

Why we don't push this site

SkinsVault makes money from affiliate commissions on the 12 partner sites we link to with the SKINSVAULT code. We don't have a deal with LIS-SKINS, so signing up there earns us nothing, and we have no incentive to push you toward it. We list LIS-SKINS because it's a real platform that's worth knowing about, not because we want your signup. If you want our full conversion treatment with bonus codes and payout-tested partners, see our ranked list.
