Rainbet Review 2026

Rainbet is a crypto casino and sportsbook, and a large one. It is not a CS2 skin site. There is no skin deposit, no skin withdrawal and no CS2 case opening. CS2 appears in one place, as a market in the sportsbook alongside Valorant, League of Legends and the traditional sports. If you are here to move an inventory, Rainbet cannot do it.

Two things deserve close reading: the licensing jurisdiction, which is not the one most people assume, and the promo code withdrawal cap, the sharpest term in Rainbet's contract. Nothing here is a payout speed we measured.

Who Runs It

Rainbet's terms of service, which we read on 6 August 2026, open by stating that the service is owned by RBGAMING N.V., "a limited liability company registered in Anjouan with company registration number 16077, with registered address at Hamchako, Mustamudu, Antonomous Island of Anjouan Union of Comoros, licensed in Anjouan for the provision of online games of chance". The site footer repeats the entity and the Anjouan address, and clause 26.6 states the terms are governed by the law in force in Anjouan.

Read that carefully, because two different things are stated. Company registration number 16077 is an Anjouan corporate registration, not a gambling licence number. Rainbet says it is licensed in Anjouan, but we found no licence number published anywhere on the site, and the footer's "Licensed" item did not resolve to one for us. The honest position: a named legal entity with a company number, a named jurisdiction, and no licence number we can quote.

Anjouan is a small Comoros island regime and among the lightest-touch gambling jurisdictions in use. It should not be read as equivalent to Curaçao, Malta or the UK. Note also that Curaçao appears in Rainbet's terms only on the restricted list, not as its regulator.

Where you cannot play

Clause 4.1.3 lists the countries Rainbet refuses. On 6 August 2026 it named the United States and its territories, France and its territories, the Netherlands and the countries forming the Kingdom of the Netherlands including Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, Australia and its territories, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and Spain. A KYC section of the same document repeats the list and adds Cyprus. Clause 3.4 bars VPN or proxy use to mask your location. The Nordics are not listed.

What Rainbet Offers

• A large third-party casino. The homepage claims more than 8,000 games and names Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming and NoLimit City as providers.
• Rainbet Originals, the in-house set: Plinko, Limbo, Wheel, War, Hilo, Tower, Rock Paper Scissors, Chicken Cross, Blackjack, Mines, Keno, Dice, Crash and Case Battles.
• Live dealer tables, blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows from licensed studios.
• A sportsbook on the same wallet, which the site says covers soccer, American football, basketball, ice hockey, CS2, Valorant, League of Legends and 30-plus other sports.
• Demo mode on most casino games and all Originals, so they can be tried without depositing.

Note what "Case Battles" is and is not. On Rainbet it is a multiplayer casino Original whose randomness comes from EOS blockchain blocks, per Rainbet's own provably fair page. It is not a CS2 skin case, and nothing on the platform ends in a Steam trade offer. Do not read that name as the product you know from case sites.

The rewards stack is Rainbet's main pitch, headlined "up to 70% back". The published structure is rakeback claimable every 15 minutes, a daily reload claimable three times a day, then daily, weekly, pre-monthly and monthly bonuses, plus timed RakeBoost multipliers and races in which sportsbook bets count triple. That 70% is the operator's headline for the stack combined, not a return-to-player figure on any game, and we did not verify it.

Money In, Money Out

Rainbet states it supports BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, SOL, TRX, BNB, USDT and USDC, and that bank transfers, cards and gift cards also work. It says crypto deposits are credited after one blockchain confirmation and that withdrawals are "typically processed and sent within 5 to 15 minutes" in normal conditions. That is the operator's claim about itself. We did not deposit or withdraw, and publish no timing of our own.

The terms are more useful than the marketing. Clause 8.1 sets a minimum withdrawal of $15 per transaction or equivalent, waived on account closure. Clause 8.7 states all crypto deposits carry a 1x wager lock, and clause 8.2 that there are no withdrawal commissions once the deposit has been wagered at least once. Clause 7.2 says fees may apply and that Rainbet absorbs deposit transaction fees in most cases.

Then clause 9.2, which anyone chasing a bonus needs to read twice. For welcome promo codes the maximum amount withdrawable is $50. For promotional or affiliate codes the maximum transferable to normal balance after the wager lock is also $50, and the terms state any balance above that is forfeited. A bonus with a $50 ceiling is a very different offer from an uncapped one. The KYC section adds that an account on "Temporarily Approved" status cannot deposit more than EUR 500 in aggregate and cannot complete any withdrawal until verification finishes.

Provably Fair

This is genuinely well built. Rainbet's provably fair page explains a client seed you can edit, a server seed shown hashed before the bet and revealed unhashed once you rotate the pair, and a nonce incrementing from zero. It gives a six-step verification walkthrough, publishes the algorithm on each game page, and provides a Game Verifier tool. Multiplayer games including Roulette and Case Battles use EOS blocks instead of seeds, moving the randomness source off the platform entirely.

Scope matters as always: this covers Originals. Third-party slots and live tables run on the providers' certified RNG, and the sportsbook is priced by margin.

What We Have Not Verified

• Payout speed and hold rate. Rainbet is not in our withdrawal tracker. We ran no deposit or withdrawal, so the 5 to 15 minute figure is Rainbet's claim, not our measurement.
• The licence itself. Rainbet states it is licensed in Anjouan. We found no licence number on the site and checked no register. We found no Curaçao licence claim anywhere on Rainbet.
• House edge and RTP. No per-game figure was published where we could read it, so we state none.
• The "up to 70% back" claim and the fee schedule. Both are operator statements we did not test.
• Restricted country list at your reading date. Ours is a snapshot of 6 August 2026.

Who Rainbet Is Right For

Crypto players who want a big slot and live casino library, verifiable in-house Originals and a sportsbook on the same balance, and who are comfortable with an Anjouan-licensed operator. The provably fair implementation is better documented than most CS2 case sites manage. It is wrong for anyone whose CS2 interest is skins, and wrong for bonus hunters who have not read the $50 promo withdrawal cap.

Rating: 3.9 / 5. Rainbet does the transparency work: named entity, named jurisdiction, real provably fair documentation with a working verifier, a plainly written restricted country list and withdrawal terms you can actually find. It loses ground on what it does not publish, chiefly a licence number, and on the jurisdiction itself, since Anjouan gives you very little recourse if a withdrawal goes wrong. For a SkinsVault reader the CS2 content is one line in a sportsbook. Use it as a crypto casino if that is what you want, expect no skin economy, and read clause 9.2 before you type any promo code.
