    CS.MONEY Review

    4.4/5
    · Skin trading· International, since 2016

    Largest long-running skin trading platform, 1M+ skins, 3D inspector, bot + P2P.

    The SkinsVault take

CS.MONEY is the most-recognised skin trading brand in CS2, over 1 million bot-held skins, a 3D inspector with float lookup, and both bot and P2P trade flows. No cash payouts (skin-for-skin only) but the liquidity is unmatched for swap-based trading.

    CS.MONEY Review 2026

CS.MONEY is two products behind one Steam login. Trade mode swaps your skins against the site's own bots. Market mode is a peer-to-peer marketplace where other users set prices. They use separate balances, separate commission tables and separate companies, and only one of them lets money leave. Getting that distinction right before you deposit is the most useful thing on this page.

SkinsVault may earn a commission if you register through a link on this page. CS.MONEY is not in our timed withdrawal tracker, so nothing here is a payout speed we measured. Everything below comes from the operator's own terms of use, dated 23 October 2025, and its live trade page, read on 6 August 2026.

    Who Runs It

CS.MONEY names two companies with registration numbers, which is more than most of this category manages. CS Virtual Trade Ltd., a Cyprus private limited company, registration number HE 389299, at an address in Limassol, is the contracting party for EU users in Trade mode and for all users in Market mode. G2G Marketplace Limited, a Hong Kong private limited company, registration number 3064044, at an address on Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong, covers everyone else in Trade mode. Both appear in the site footer as well as the terms.

No gambling licence is claimed, and CS.MONEY does not pretend otherwise. Its terms state plainly that "CS.MONEY is not related to online gambling or payment processing". A company registration number is a corporate filing, not gaming regulation, and on a casino we would say so sharply. Here the useful reading is that CS.MONEY is a marketplace intermediary, and the numbers let you look the entities up yourself.

Two clauses to know. Governing law is Cyprus or Hong Kong depending on which entity served you, and liability is capped at "the aggregate amount of 1000 US Dollars". The age rule is looser than most rivals: local legal age, with parental approval for under-18s rather than a flat 18 bar.

    What CS.MONEY Offers

    • Trade mode, instant swaps against CS.MONEY's bot inventory, funded by a Trade Balance.
    • Market mode, user-to-user selling at your own prices, run through the mobile app or the Market browser extension.
    • Instant Sell, CS.MONEY buying outright inside Market mode. The terms say pricing "is exclusively set by CS.MONEY and is not open to negotiation", the offer is valid 15 minutes, and one transaction covers a maximum of 10 items.
    • Tooling, a 3D skin viewer on its own subdomain, iOS and Android apps, and Antiscam and Market browser extensions limited to Chrome and Yandex.

On catalogue size the site quotes itself twice and differently. The trade page hero reads "500 000+ skins" while a stats strip lower down says "1 000 000+ CS2 skins". We did not count either.

    Money In, Money Out

Top-ups are advertised on the trade page at 0% commission, with methods described as bank cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency and local rails including Blik in Poland and Pix in Brazil. The terms add that available methods vary by jurisdiction and that the payment provider's own fees are yours.

What catches people out is which balance the money lands in. Trade Balance, per the terms, "is not withdrawable and can be used only in Trade Mode" and "has no value outside the Platform". Market Balance "is withdrawable upon verified KYC". Fund the wrong side and you have bought store credit, not a cash position.

Cash-out terms are specific. Identity verification is required "prior to any withdrawal of funds". The minimum is 10 USD and the maximum is 1000 USD per day after KYC, paid only to a method registered in your own name. On timing the terms say withdrawals "are typically processed within 24 hours on business days", but "may take up to 7 business days" depending on the method or bank. Two charges are easy to miss: topping up a Steam account balance through CS.MONEY carries a 14% commission, and an account dormant for two consecutive years is charged a non-refundable 1 USD monthly inactivity fee until the balance hits zero.

    How Trades Work

A Trade mode swap is item for item, with balance covering any gap. Your inventory sits on one side, the bot inventory on the other, and confirmation happens on Steam. You need a valid trade URL, an active Steam Guard, and a public Steam profile and inventory. The site's FAQ says a trade cancels if you do not confirm within 15 minutes.

Pricing is CS.MONEY's own. The terms state "all prices are automatically set by our system", weighing item type, exterior, StatTrak, popularity and demand, then add that "our pricing policy is not directly dependent on other sites, including Steam Market". Rare floats, patterns and valuable stickers carry an automatic premium shown in the item popup. The screen price is a CS.MONEY valuation, not a market quote.

The commission table is unusually explicit and differs by mode. Trade mode commission on bot-held items "varies from 0 to 13% of the declared value", depending on how long the item has sat there. Selling a virtual item carries a stated 7%. In Market mode CS.MONEY charges 5% on sales under 1000 USD and 3% at 1000 USD and above. The terms say the exact commission appears on each item's page.

Trade locks and reversals get real coverage. Locked items go into a Virtual Inventory on the bots and can be requested out once the lock expires. CS.MONEY holds them there for 45 days after expiry, then deducts the item and refunds your Trade Balance at that day's price, warning that "the deducted virtual items are not refundable". On reversals the terms cite a Steam update dated 16 July 2025 giving an eight calendar day window in which either side can cancel a CS2 transaction, with the reverted amount "determined at CS.MONEY's discretion". In Market mode you have 12 hours to send an item once a buyer commits, and failing can mean an account block and a 4.0% fine.

    What We Have Not Verified

    • Payout speed, CS.MONEY is not in our withdrawal tracker. The 24 hour and 7 business day figures are the operator's, not ours.
    • Commission on a real trade, 0 to 13% is a published band, not a rate we saw applied.
    • Inventory size, the site's own two figures disagree.
    • KYC turnaround and payment provider fees, verification is mandatory before any withdrawal and processor fees are shown only at the payment page. We submitted nothing.

    Who CS.MONEY Is Right For

Traders who want depth. This is the most established brand in bot trading, and the catalogue is why people come back, particularly for knives, gloves and float-sensitive buys. Trade mode suits anyone recycling an inventory with no intention of taking cash out. Market mode suits anyone who does, provided the 1000 USD daily ceiling and mandatory KYC fit. It is a bad fit for fast in-and-out money, because Trade Balance is a one-way door and Market withdrawals sit behind verification and an eight day reverse window.

    SkinsVault Verdict

Rating: 4.4 / 5. The disclosure here is genuinely good. Two named companies with registration numbers, real commission percentages for every mode, published withdrawal limits and processing times, and an honest description of Steam's reversal window put CS.MONEY well ahead of the average trading site on paper. The marks against it are structural rather than shady: a Trade Balance that can never become cash, a 1000 USD daily withdrawal ceiling, a 14% Steam top-up commission, an inactivity fee, and a liability cap of 1000 USD. Read which balance you are funding before you fund it. We have not timed a payout here and will not imply otherwise.

Why we don't push this site

SkinsVault makes money from affiliate commissions on the 12 partner sites we link to with the SKINSVAULT code. We don't have a deal with CS.MONEY, so signing up there earns us nothing, and we have no incentive to push you toward it. We list CS.MONEY because it's a real platform that's worth knowing about, not because we want your signup. If you want our full conversion treatment with bonus codes and payout-tested partners, see our ranked list.
