CS.Trade Review
Bot trading platform, instant swaps with a focused, low-friction UI.
The SkinsVault take
CS.Trade is a pure bot trading platform, you browse the bot's inventory, offer your skins, the bot accepts or counters in seconds. Minimal feature surface compared to CS.MONEY but the simpler UI is the appeal for some traders.
CS.Trade Review 2026
CS.Trade is an instant bot swap site for CS2, Rust, Team Fortress 2 and Dota 2 items. Sign in with Steam, pick from your inventory on one side and the bot's on the other, and the bot fires a Steam trade offer. It is the plainest version of this product in our directory, and one of the few that publishes its commission as a number on a page. Read that closely, along with what happens to your balance.
SkinsVault may earn a commission on links in this directory. CS.Trade is not in our timed withdrawal tracker, so nothing here is a measured payout claim. Everything below was read on CS.Trade's own site and help centre on 6 August 2026, in a normal browser, since a plain HTTP request to cs.trade returns a Cloudflare block page.
Who Runs It
This is the most complete operator disclosure of any trading site in this directory. CS.Trade's Terms of Service name the service provider as Aimskins Sp. z o.o., registered in Kraków, "entered into the National Court Register ... under KRS number 0000627413, NIP number 6762510091, share capital PLN 5,000".
A Polish company number is a corporate filing, not a gambling licence, and none is claimed. For a swap site that is the right answer rather than a gap, because exchanging skins is not gambling. What the registration buys you is real: the terms state "the provisions of the Polish law shall apply" and point EU consumers at the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Most competitors here offer offshore arbitration instead. Our directory lists CS.Trade as "International"; on their own terms it is Polish, and we are correcting that.
One sloppy detail undercuts it. The Terms say "The User is obliged to read the information on how the Service operates at https://cs.trade/about". That page returns a 404. The terms, in force since 07.08.2022, set the age rule at 18, with a clause letting 13 to 18 year olds transact under 100 USD a month without guardian consent.
What CS.Trade Offers
- Instant bot trading across CS2, Rust, TF2 and Dota 2, including cross-game swaps.
- Buying skins from the bot inventory with card, PayPal, Revolut or BLIK, processed through Stripe.
- Selling for balance. The homepage is explicit that this is site credit, and adds "Real cash withdrawals coming soon!".
- Reservations on trade-locked items, which is the mechanic most competitors handle worse.
- Free tools: a float checker, screenshot generator, inventory value calculators, a skins wiki and downloadable JSON price lists.
The homepage claims "Join over 2,000,000 traders" and the FAQ says "CS.Trade has been online since 2016", both operator figures. Our directory lists 2017, so their site claims a year longer than we do.
Money In, Money Out
Money in is straightforward. Their FAQ lists "MasterCard, Visa, American Express", plus "PayPal, Revolut and BLIK", all "processed through trusted payment provider that is Stripe". The terms confirm Stripe prepayment is the only route.
Money out is skins, full stop. Their own help centre, in an article dated 25 November 2024, says: "The only way to withdraw CS.Trade's wallet balance is by withdrawing CS2 skins or TF2, Dota 2 and TF2 items to your Steam inventory. It is not possible to withdraw balance as real money like to a bank card." Read alongside the homepage's "Real cash withdrawals coming soon!", the honest position is that balance leaves as items or not at all.
One narrow cash-back route exists, and it is a refund rather than a payout. The Refund Policy states that if you have not spent wallet balance you bought, "you have twenty days from the date of purchase to obtain a refund", to the original payment method. Items are not refundable: exchange, sale or purchase are "final and cannot be revoked". Complaints have a 14-day deadline, and the terms say a late one "shall be left unprocessed".
How Trades Work
The commission is inside the price, and CS.Trade publishes the rate. Their Prices and limits page, checked 6 August 2026, shows 6 to 8% with no subscription and 3 to 5% on Trader PRO across all four games, plus "+ 0-3% for lock-free items". The same page says "Currently the Trader PRO Subscription is FREE for all Users!", so the lower band is what most people should be paying. Their help centre article still shows the older 8% and 5% figures, so trust the Prices page. Either way the fee is taken at deposit: "items in Your inventory already include fee."
Pricing against market value is done with a published list. CS.Trade puts its whole price table on a public page and offers it as downloadable JSON per game, with columns for price, stock and how many the bot can take, so you can check what it will pay before connecting anything. Their help centre adds that deposits automatically earn extra value for stickers, good float and Doppler phases.
Trade-locked items are handled by reservation, and the rules are specific. You reserve by pressing Trade, the item sits in a "Reserved" tab, and once tradable "You have 72 hours to withdraw the item". Miss it and the reservation cancels with "100% of current item price added to your balance". Cancel while still locked and you get 97%, a 3% penalty. Cancel once tradable and you get 100%. Overpay returns to balance for future trades.
Instant trading requires the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator. Their FAQ says accounts without it "are subject to Steam's trade holds, which prevent instant trading". That is Steam's rule, not theirs.
What We Have Not Verified
- Payout speed and hold rate. CS.Trade is not in our withdrawal tracker. We made no trade, deposit or withdrawal.
- Whether the quoted prices are competitive. The lists are public, but we did not benchmark them against Steam or other bots.
- The bonus terms. The homepage advertises a "$10 bonus" on registration and a "Top-Up Bonus of 50%". We found no conditions attached to either, which is not the same as there being none.
- How long Trader PRO stays free. "Currently" is doing a lot of work there. If it stops, the effective commission jumps to the 6 to 8% band.
- The 2,000,000 trader claim, which is operator-published and unaudited.
Who CS.Trade Is Right For
Traders churning inventory across four games who want the fee stated before they start. The published rate card, the downloadable price lists and the written reservation rules add up to unusual transparency for a bot site, and a Polish company with EU consumer routes beats an offshore arbitration clause. It is not for anyone who wants to convert skins into money. Their own help centre says that is not possible, and "coming soon" is not a payout method.
SkinsVault Verdict
Rating: 4.0 / 5. Better documented than its plain interface suggests. Naming a real Polish company with a KRS number, publishing a commission table, shipping the price list as JSON and writing down exactly what a cancelled reservation costs are all things most of this category refuses to do. The marks against it are small but real: a Terms of Service pointing at a 404, a help centre quoting stale commission rates, and a "cash withdrawals coming soon" line with no date on it. Use it to trade skins for skins. Do not park value in the wallet expecting an exit.
Why we don't push this site
SkinsVault makes money from affiliate commissions on the 12 partner sites we link to with the SKINSVAULT code. We don't have a deal with CS.Trade, so signing up there earns us nothing, and we have no incentive to push you toward it. We list CS.Trade because it's a real platform that's worth knowing about, not because we want your signup. If you want our full conversion treatment with bonus codes and payout-tested partners, see our ranked list.
Frequently asked
CS.Trade FAQ
Can I withdraw real money from CS.Trade?
No. CS.Trade's own help centre article, dated 25 November 2024, states: "The only way to withdraw CS.Trade's wallet balance is by withdrawing CS2 skins or TF2, Dota 2 and TF2 items to your Steam inventory. It is not possible to withdraw balance as real money like to a bank card." The homepage does advertise "Real cash withdrawals coming soon!", with no date attached. The one exception is a refund rather than a payout: their Refund Policy gives you twenty days from purchase to get unspent wallet balance back to your original payment method.
What commission does CS.Trade charge?
Their Prices and limits page, which we checked on 6 August 2026, publishes a commission table: 6 to 8% with no subscription and 3 to 5% on Trader PRO, the same across CS2, Dota 2, Rust and TF2, plus a stated "+ 0-3% for lock-free items". The same page says "Currently the Trader PRO Subscription is FREE for all Users!", so the lower band is what most people should be paying. The fee is applied when items are deposited, not at checkout, so the prices you see already include it. An older help centre article still quotes 8% and 5%, so trust the Prices page.
Who owns CS.Trade, and is it licensed?
CS.Trade's Terms of Service name the service provider as Aimskins Sp. z o.o., registered in Kraków, Poland, under KRS number 0000627413 and NIP number 6762510091, with share capital of PLN 5,000. That is a company registration, not a licence, and none is claimed, which is normal because trading skins is not gambling. The terms state that Polish law applies and point EU consumers to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
How do CS.Trade reservations on trade-locked skins work?
You reserve a trade-locked item by pressing Trade, and it appears in a "Reserved" tab in your CS.Trade inventory. Their help centre states that once the item becomes tradable, "You have 72 hours to withdraw the item", and if you miss that window the reservation cancels and you get "100% of current item price added to your balance". Cancelling while the item is still locked returns 97% of the current price, a 3% penalty. Cancelling once it is tradable returns 100%.
Why can I not trade instantly on CS.Trade?
Almost always because of Steam, not the site. CS.Trade's FAQ says you must have the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator enabled, and that accounts without it "are subject to Steam's trade holds, which prevent instant trading". Their guide notes the authenticator takes seven days to become active. You also need a valid Steam Trade URL set on your account before any bot can send you an offer.
Can I get more than base price for stickers or a good float?
CS.Trade says yes. Their help centre states you can get more trade balance on deposit for stickers on the skin, a good float value, and Doppler phases including Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald, and that "Every bonus is automatically calculated on your CS2 inventory load". The site does not publish how large those bonuses are, and we have not measured them. The base prices are published, so you can at least check the floor before you connect an inventory.
